The Carrier shall be entitled to take any legal and reasonable measures including but not limited to injunctive relief, to enforce this Section. Guest recognizes and agrees that the Carrier is not in the business of providing medical services and/or operating medical facilities. Guest thus agrees that the Carrier cannot guarantee the performance of such Medical Services, and that the Carrier shall not be liable for losses or injuries incurred or arising from said services. (b) Payment for Medical Services; Guest Indemnification of Carrier. Persons or entities providing Medical Services shall be entitled to charge for any service performed for or on behalf of the Guest, and the cost of such Medical Services shall be the sole responsibility of the Guest.

For instance, if you sail on a May 2nd cruise, you would get off the ship in Freeport on May 3rd and you'd be transferred to your hotel in Grand Bahama Island. Then you stay there for 4 nights at one of the two properties. You will board your Margaritaville at Sea cruise from the Port of Palm Beach on Day 1. Then on Day 2, when it arrives at Grand Bahama Island, you disembark with your luggage. After your stay at the resort on the island, you get back on the ship to sail back to the Port of Palm Beach. Though the ships may be a few years old and going through a complete renovation, something guests won’t ever see are the fuel tanks onboard.

A Passholder must abide by any rules and regulations applicable to the Margaritaville at Sea® or to the use of the Passes as promulgated by Margaritaville at Sea® from time to time. Passholder will have the option for a free express pass upgrade on his/her first Paradise Pass sailing. Passholder will also have 10% off packages and excursions that are booked onboard and 10% retail purchases, excluding food and beverages.
Guest further consents to and agrees that Carrier may communicate with any person contacting Carrier from any Guest Contact Information concerning Guest’s reservation, booking, or Contract. Carrier may use surveillance onboard the Vessel for, among other things, facilitate and expedite Guest’s embarkation and/or debarkation and for health and safety purposes. Guest acknowledges and agrees that such devices may record videos and images of the Guest that may be stored and used as deemed necessary by Carrier to comply with the law, regulations, governmental requests or orders, or any legal investigation or claims process. Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees that calls made to and from Carrier may be recorded for the purposes of training and monitoring services provided by Carrier and in resolving disputes between Guest and Carrier.
